Fanfic100 Rules:
01 → Visit the CLAIMS LIST to see if the character(s) or group you wish to obtain have been claimed or or not.
02 → If you feel you are unable to complete this challenge, CLICK HERE to drop the claim.
03 → NEW (7/5/2012): The limit your claim and ability to complete the challenge is a duration of SIX MONTHS. Meaning, from the month you sign up for the challenge, you're on the clock to complete it. Try to post at least twice a month to let us know you're still working on the claim. If not, see rule #2.
04 → This is a general challenge community. While "Gen Fic" may mean a variety of things to many people, for this community, it specifically means general, non-romantic stories. They should not be the focus of the story or the claim will be rejected immediately.
05 → Crossovers are allowed. Crossovers with any other movie, game, book or otherwise noted (with the exception of anything connected to RPF/Real Person Fandom), are allowed.
06 → REAL PERSON FANFICTION is strictly prohibited.
07 → Got a Question about something that wasn't covered in the rules? Leave a post here (comments are screened).
General Community Rules:
o1 → This is a community that is pro-movieverse, so if you have a problem with this concept venture no further than you've gone. Flaming and bashing will not be tolerated in the least.
o2 → Spell check all your stories and poetry. There is no excuse for not performing this duty. If you do not have a word processor that has the spell checking feature, use a search engine such as Google.com to find one.
o3 → Proofread all entries for grammar and other aspects of writing before submission. 'Hot off the press' content is often riddled with errors. No one is perfect but it is the duty of the writer to perform to the best of his/her ability.
o4 → When posting fanfiction please remember to Title Your Posts. Especially Chapter Stories [EXAMPLE: "Undead Rising (or 1/20), etc." or "The Nemesis Awakened - ONE SHOT/DRABBLE]. DO NOT Leave the subject title blank or the post will be rejected.
o5 → When leaving Reviews or Comments be courteous to the author and do not flame them (the same can be said to the authors as well). Offer them constructive criticism on the things they could imrpove instead if you didn't like something. If you disagree with something or a certain type of fanfiction, then stay away from it. Do not venture beyond the reading the prompt.
o6 → Absolutely no character bashing. The same rules above apply to this. If a certain pairing or character bothers you, then stay away from it.
o7 → Remember to label your fanfiction with warnings to give the reader a heads up on the content inside your stories. Label your stories with the proper ratings (See: Fanfiction Ratings for an example)
o8 → When posting a story, please use this basic format outside the LiveJournal cut:

10 → When Posting graphics for fanfiction (like a banner created for a certain story) please keep the image between 300x300 / 400x400 (or 500x150 and smaller) pixles. Nothing can exceed the stylesheet.
11 → Please remember to USE THE TAGS provided. Stories will be tagged with the authors name among other things.
12 → Feel Free to post whatever you want in your journal or your community, But, PLEASE make it PUBLIC, DO NOT make our members Join your community.
13 → To avoid spammers, flamers and trolls, to become a member you must have an active/established account that you post on a semi-regular basis. If you've been rejected then it is because of the following:
+ There are zero to no entries on your personal journal (outside of the "Weclome to LiveJournal!" Message) since it's inception.
+ You have no associates (friends) nor are you a member of any communities.
+ Your journal is new and not established.
14 → Failure to comply to the rules will result in a permaban from the community.
